A Healthcare Provider With a Heart for Personal, Relationship-Based Care
Amy Ester is the provider behind Anchored in Health, a Direct Primary Care and Preventive Medicine practice serving patients with a more personal approach to healthcare. Her website describes Direct Primary Care as a model focused on longer visits, same- or next-day appointments, direct access to your provider, transparent pricing, and care built around relationship rather than insurance requirements.
As Amy stepped into her fifth year of owning her practice, she wanted images that felt warm, inviting, relaxed, and cohesive — not stiff, posed, or stock-like. The session needed to reflect her personality, her faith, her growth as a business owner, and the patient-centered experience she has built through Anchored in Health.

The session was planned to show both Amy as the face of her practice and the environment where she cares for patients. We photographed in studio and on location at her office in The Villages so her final gallery could include polished portraits, office lifestyle images, and brand visuals that felt grounded in the real patient experience.
Because Amy wanted images that felt warm, inviting, relaxed, and cohesive, the creative direction focused on trust, approachability, confidence, and calm professionalism.

I’m stepping into year five of owning my own practice-five years since I took a leap of faith that felt bigger than me. I wanted to celebrate that journey, my growth, and the woman I’ve become as a business owner. That meant doing something I’ve always shied away from: getting new pictures of me. Not stiff, posed, or stock-like photos, but images that captured my personality, my story, and the confidence I know I carry... even when I don’t always feel it.
Enter Amanda Van Meter Burch with Avy Productions. From our very first conversation, through the planning, wardrobe help, styling, hair, and makeup-she poured confidence into me. She helped me see the strength I know is there but sometimes hide from.
