A Photographer Who Knows Dance from the Inside Out

Dance isn’t just something I capture—it’s something I live.

From the moment I stepped into my first dance class as a child, movement has been my language. I pursued that passion all the way to earning a Bachelor of Arts in Dance from the University of Florida (Go Gators!) and went on to teach, choreograph, and create within the dance world for years. My training spans ballet, jazz, contemporary, modern, hip-hop, ballroom, West African, and liturgical dance, and I’ve studied under some of the industry’s most talented artists.

In 2019, I founded Central Florida Choreographers Collaboration (CFCC) to provide opportunities for choreographers and movement artists to create, connect, and showcase their work. Through CFCC, I’ve directed dance films, organized workshops, and helped shape Florida’s dance community by giving dancers and choreographers a space to explore movement in new and meaningful ways.

So, why does this matter for your dance portraits?

Because I understand movement from a dancer’s perspective.

  • I know how to capture a perfect extension—not just mid-movement, but at the peak of technique.

  • I know how to translate strength, grace, and artistry into a single frame.

  • I guide my dancers through poses and motion sequences that look as good on camera as they feel in motion.

Dance has been my primary artistic outlet for most of my life, and being able to combine my two greatest passions—movement and portrait art—makes my heart soar. Whether you’re a professional, a student, or someone who simply finds joy in movement, I would be honored to create dance portraits that reflect your artistry in a way that is elevated, expressive, and uniquely you.

Let’s create something breathtaking together.
